The Goldstein PEB6S-X is an Australian-made commercial electric cooktop with six 2 kW cast iron solid plates across a 914mm wide, fully welded stainless steel body. Modular and compact, it delivers dependable everyday cooking performance on a bench, stand or cupboard base.

- Cast Iron Solid Plates: 6 x 2 kW cast iron solid plates with 6-position heat switches for reliable boiling, simmering and sautéing.
- Heavy-Duty Construction: Welded stainless steel body with stainless fascia and sides, spill zone and drip trays.
- Ergonomic Controls: Large, heat-resistant reinforced control knobs with easy-to-read settings and heating ON indicator lights.
- Easy to Service: All parts are accessible from the front of the unit.
- Flexible Installation: Bench mounted (914 x 800 x 548mm), or on a stand with undershelf or cupboard stand (914 x 800 x 1120mm). Adjustable legs 112–132mm.
- Total Connected Load: 12 kW. Black front control panel available as an option.
