The Hendi CDU0001 Chafing Dish brings the UNIQ series' modern styling to any buffet or catering service. Gentle bain-marie heating and full digital temperature control hold food at a safe serving temperature without the risk of overheating.
Key Features
- Bain-Marie Heating: Gentle bain-marie heating keeps food at serving temperature and reduces the risk of overheating. Not intended for cooking — for keeping warm only.
- Digital Control Panel: Display shows working time, set temperature and actual temperature. Temperature is adjustable from 35°C up to 85°C in 1°C increments.
- Memory Function: The last temperature setting is saved in memory and reselected every time the power is turned on.
- Two-Part Tempered Glass Lid: Insulated handle and aluminium hinge; the two-part design reduces heat loss on opening while maintaining optimal hygienic conditions.
- Removable GN1/1 Pan: Removable 100mm deep GN1/1 pan, with the water container embossed with a 4L maximum fill line.
- Lightweight Polypropylene Body: High temperature resistant polypropylene body — lightweight and easy to transport, ideal for catering.
- Buffet Presentation: Integrated card holder on the lid for product name cards, in the modern UNIQ design that makes it an eye catcher on every buffet.
