What chefs and owners have to say
I called them about some equipment they called me back within ten minutes. They had it in store in 3 days . I had tried 3 other companies they seemed like the only one interested in making a sale. They call me once it was ordered from the supplier then they called me once it arrived in their shop. I run a bakery and buy a bit off equipment from time to time, these guys are my new go to . Congrats to them for getting the basics perfect.
A really great company to deal with right from start to finish. Very quick response time and delivery time. The service from these guys is one of the best experiences for a long time as I felt like a priority and not juat a number. Great work guys. Would highly recommend this company to anyone im the hospitality industry. Also the price for freight and the products was sone of the best on the market. 10/10 from me. Very happy customer.
These guys are 5 Star in their approach to customer service. I could not fault them in any aspect of what they offer. Attention to detail, follow up, and their after sales service is absolutely immaculate. If you’re looking for an easy streamline company that has customer satisfaction as their main priority, then you can’t go wrong with Whisk. I look forward to a long and professional relationship with this company. You just don’t find this quality of service anymore. Well done and best wishes in the growth of your company. Not that you’ll need it.
