The Fagor Electric 700 Kore Series solid top gives one continuous cooking plate instead of individual burners, so pans slide between hot and cool areas rather than being lifted. The pressed 1.5 mm AISI-304 stainless steel surface top with rounded edges is designed for easy cleaning and to help prevent spills from entering the interior.
The C-E710 is the bench-top solid top module. It measures 800 × 730 × 290 mm (W × D × H) and weighs 85 kg.

- Four independent zones – Solid top model with four independent heating zones beneath a 16 mm thick 13CrMo4 plate, allowing separate heat control across the 720 × 455 mm cooking surface.
- 2.6 kW per heat point – Each heat point delivers 2.6 kW with 7-position power control, allowing different temperature zones across the plate.
- Protection built in – Built-in overheating protection, safety thermostat and cooling fan help protect the electrical components.
- Build and hygiene – Laser-cut joints, automatic welding, polished finish and hidden screws. High-temperature enamelled cast iron flue protector, front-access components, easy connection and IPX5 water protection.
