The Eswood ES32V pass-through warewasher pairs fast 90 and 120 second wash cycles with a heat recovery system that recycles energy from the steam generated in every cycle. It cuts running costs and reduces steam in the dish area, making it a smart choice for busy restaurants, hotels and canteens.
