The Goldstein CWA2M/G is a heavy-duty commercial wok range with two 356mm wok holes fitted with energy-efficient Mongolian burners. Built entirely from stainless steel and air cooled, it delivers the intense, responsive heat wok cooking demands while saving up to 90% of the water used by water-cooled wok tables.
