The Lincat Touch CO343T is an electric countertop convection oven that brings precision, flexibility and ease of use to busy commercial kitchens. An intuitive touchscreen, multi-stage cooking programs and a bi-directional fan deliver even, consistent results batch after batch.

- Touchscreen Control: Easy-to-use, icon-driven touchscreen menu with traffic-light status display visible across a noisy kitchen.
