Crystal-clear square ice for premium drinks. The Blizzard Crystal Square Ice Maker produces large 50 × 50 × 50 mm cubes that melt slowly, keeping drinks colder for longer with less dilution — the ice bars and restaurants use for whisky, spirits and signature cocktails.
It makes up to 40 kg of ice per day with 20 kg of storage, and runs on a standard 240V, 10 A supply.

Choosing your model: the Blizzard ice maker range covers three ice types — SIC-40L for 50 mm crystal square cubes (40 kg/day), SIC-63R for octagonal cylinder ice (63 kg/day) and FWIC-54C for crescent ice (54 kg/day) — while the SN-229D and SN-369D countertop dispensers make soft nugget ice for self-serve drinks.
