At Whisk Hospitality, we want to make sure you’re getting the best value every time you shop with us. If you find the same product offered at a lower price by another Australian retailer, let us know before placing your order. We’ll be happy to match it.
How to Request a Price Match
Requesting a price match is simple. Just email us at sales@whiskhospitality.com.au with a screenshot or link to the competitor’s advertised price for the identical product.
As long as the item is in stock and available for immediate purchase from the competitor using the same payment method (including any finance terms, if relevant), and your order has not yet been placed with us, we’ll match the price.
A Few Things We Can’t Match
While we always aim to offer the best value, some exclusions apply. We cannot price match:
Obvious pricing errors or typos
Prices that are clearly the result of a mistake or misprint are not eligible for matching.
Clearance, refurbished, ex-demo or second-hand items
We only match brand new products sold through authorised Australian retailers.
Trade, member-only, club or special event pricing
Prices offered exclusively to specific customer groups or during limited events are excluded.
Third-party marketplace listings
We do not match prices from sellers on platforms such as marketplaces, auction sites, or classifieds.
Pricing that includes delivery or installation
Our price match applies to product pricing only and does not include additional services.
Prices significantly below standard retail value
We do not match pricing that falls well below market rates or recommended retail prices.
Grey market or overseas-direct products
Products not sourced through authorised Australian distribution channels are excluded.
Cashback deals, bonus offers, bulk discounts or quantity-limited specials
We are unable to match promotional offers that include additional incentives or volume-based pricing.
