When maximum throughput speed is essential, Prince Castle Vertical bun toasters offer up to 750 buns per hour capacity for venues that have high demand. Perfect caramelisation/toasting at high volumes with adjustable speed and thickness for heels and crowns. This new model -SW16 is up to 20% smaller than the original model saving valuable counter space as well as offering improved throughput.
