This twin tank Caterlite countertop fryer is designed for home kitchens or light duty commercial use. Each chamber has a 3.5-litre oil capacity and can be heated individually, allowing you to deep fry two different types of food at the same time and helping to produce a quicker turnaround.
The sturdy stainless-steel exterior combined with removable inner pots and control panel make this fryer as easy to clean as it is to operate.
