The Skyline Chills Blast Chiller Freezer features high resolution full touch screen multilanguage interface.

It can accommodate 6 GN 1/1 or 600x400 mm trays, or up to 9 ice cream basins of 5 kg (165x360x125h mm)

It has a load capacity to chill 30 kg or freeze 30kg. Its Opti Flow air distribution system helps to achieve maximum performance with 7 fan speed levels.

Special functions: Multitier chilling/freezing, Make-it-Mine to customize interface, SkyHub to customize homepage, agenda MyPlanner, SkyDuo connection to SkyLine ovens
