The addition of intuitive touch-screen functionality allows you to program and operate the oven easily, producing fantastically consistent results with the minimum of staff training or room for error. For safety the drop-down front door features intelligent venting, meaning the door is cool to touch - reducing the likelihood of burns and injury.
